哪吒面板自动备份并上传GitHub仓库

此脚本为 Nezha面板 每日自动备份到 GitHub 并通过 Telegram 通知

操作环境：Debian11 VPS nezha非docker安装

目标：每天早上 6:00（北京时间）自动

  1. 打包 /opt/nezha 为 .tar.gz
  2. 上传到 GitHub 仓库
  3. 自动清理 7 天前的旧备份
  4. 通过 Telegram Bot 推送成功/失败通知

第一步：准备工作

1. 安装所需软件

2. 获取 GitHub Token 并新建仓库

  1. 打开 https://github.com/settings/tokens
  2. 创建一个 Classic Token
  3. 勾选权限：✅ repo
  4. 复制 Token（如：ghp_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx）
  5. 新建一个仓库，命名为 nezha-backup（建议私有）

3. 获取 Telegram Bot Token 和 Chat ID

创建 Telegram Bot：

  1. 搜索 @BotFather，发送 /newbot
  2. 设置名称和用户名，获取 Bot Token

获取 Chat ID：

  1. 给你的 Bot 发一条消息
  2. 访问：

https://api.telegram.org/bot<你的BotToken>/getUpdates
  1. 找到 "chat":{"id":xxxxx,...}，这个 id 就是 Chat ID

第二步：创建备份脚本

1. 创建脚本文件

第三步：设置权限

第四步：Git 用户信息 & 首次推送

配置 Git 全局身份（仅需一次）：

第五步：添加定时任务（每天北京时间早上 6 点）

添加以下内容（北京时间早上 6 点 = UTC 22 点）：

保存并退出（vim：:wq；nano：Ctrl+O → Ctrl+X）

第六步：手动测试
